4. Once you know how many you will need, order your dolls (see Buy Rag Dolls). We'll ship them to you for free.  They come ready-made and with helpful decorating tips.

3. Send out invitations to your friends, co-workers, students, etc.  Download our Introduction to One Doll document and send it along with your invite.

5. Download more helpful documents, including decorating tips, and print them off to have them handy for your party. 

6. Look at our supply list and see what you might still need to get.  Ask your attendees to bring any of the supplies that they may have. 

7. On the day of the party, set up multiple decorating stations with some of everything at each.  You may want to set up separate areas for using fabric markers and paints as they are permanent and will stain.

2. Decide if you are going to donate the dolls and where, or to whom.  If you decide to donate the dolls back to theOne Doll Project, you may want to ask where we'll be going next so you know which types to order.   

8. Fill out the tag on the back of your doll.  Her birthday is the date you make her. Take lots of pictures and whether you donate your doll to the One Doll Project or not, please send us your dolls' names, photos of your party and your dolls and your story to put them on our website and inspire others.
