About Our Logo

The day she met Tracy, Phides wore a sweatshirt accented by a green daisy with a pink center. That green daisy and pink center served as the motivation for the company logo at One Doll. To honor the memory of our "Sunshine Girl," our company logo consists of a green daisy punctuated by a hot pink heart. Ten petals - one petal for each of the first ten dolls delivered to Africa - surround the heart.
Testimonials
Tracy Clevenger started One Doll as a result of a trip to Africa in 2004.  It grew out of a seemingly simple idea of bringing some rag dolls to an orphanage in Zambia.  Some friends helped her decorate her first group of handmade dolls.  The strong feelings of connection between the dolls' creators and the children who received them, and a young girl named Phides Chibuye, who received Tracy's first doll, inspired Tracy to begin a new endeavor.

One Doll now makes and sells soft, cuddly rag dolls.  They come simple and without faces so they can be decorated and personalized by their new owners.  We also deliver rag dolls through our One Doll Project to girls all over the world who don't have very much.  We use the proceeds from our sales to buy soccer balls for the boys as well.  We invite you to join us in spreading a little love and joy to a special child in your life, or to decorate a few extra to give to children who need a little love.  You too can educate, inspire and connect children around the world.

In the future, we plan to donate a portion of our proceeds to organizations who promote and provide education for children throughout the world.
